Job Summary:GRAHAM Construction is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Pre-Construction Design Manager to join our Building Division at Faslane/Coulport. This role is key to the successful planning and execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management and be able to handle the complexities of pre-construction phases.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the design process from concept to construction.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and regulations.
- Manage design schedules and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and conduct design reviews.
- Oversee design documentation and reports.
- Facilitate communication between design and construction teams.
Requirements: - Proven experience in design management within construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must live within a 45min / 1 hour drive of Faslane/Coulport.
- Willing to undergo full Security Clearance.
- On-site presence required; no remote working.
